Shipping Policy

Shipping Notice: Due to halting logistics, some orders may experience a delay in shipment by 1-3 working days or longer during sale periods and peak periods. 
We are working diligently to ensure all orders are shipping and received in a timely manner, please be patient with us.

Please note that we require 1 to 3 business days on average to fulfil your order before dispatching it. Rest assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible!

Our standard shipping times are as listed below.

These are estimates with our current shipping and carrier lines. 
Please note that all shipping time frames are from the date of dispatch, not the date that your order is made and refer to business days. 

USA: 4- 10 days
Europe: 7 - 12 days
Other countries: 7 - 15 days

Tracking

You will receive an email when your order ships out along with a tracking number. If you have not received an email with a tracking number then your order is still being packed and has not shipped out yet.

Cancellations

If you'd like to make any changes to your order, like changing your address or cancel your order, you can always contact our support team within 30 minutes to make any changes to your order. If you contact us after 30 minutes, we won't be able to make any changes to your order since our system will already have processed your order.

For back-ordered or items on sale :

If your order contains a back-ordered item or a heavily discounted item, please expect a slight delay in the delivery of the order. We will ship any items we have available as soon as possible and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don't worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.

Wrong address disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up our handling and shipping time, so there is always a small window of 30 minutes to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@burnafterwriting.co if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Order Cutoff Time

For orders placed after the cut-off of 3 p.m. EST, the handling time will start the day after. 

Returns:

In the event that a parcel is returned for various reasons including, non-payment of fees, duties or taxes, incorrect address, unclaimed at the post office, you will need to email our support team to arrange redelivery and may be responsible to pay for all postage costs.

Lost/Stolen Packages:

Burn After Writing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you via email. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. If you have any further questions on how to do this please reach out to our customer support team.
